Affirmations are statements that are declared to be true. If you want something to become true within your life, one must first believe it within their spirit.
1. Be intentional about repeating these affirmations daily.
2. Know a change will take place on the inside so you are able toproduce the change on the outside.

Those areas that you graded as a “C” only pick 2 and list the things you need to do in order to strengthen those areas
For example, if for the topic “body” you give a “C”; maybe you would put the following :
1. Eat more vegetables at least four times a week.
2. Work out at least 3 times a week for the minimum of 30 minutes.
3. Soak in a tub with Epson salt at least two times a week.
In order to grade yourself honestly ask yourself the following question for each category:
1. What are the benfits to this area of my life ?
2. Is this portion of my life being ignored ?
3. Is there turmoil surrounding this area ? why ? Repeat this once a month. If you would like, choose a topic from the “B” category and just list one thing to do to strengthen that category slightly more.
